Enjoy wildlife in their natural setting

As your wilderness home on Oba Lake is only air accessible and less than a mile away from the world’s largest wildlife sanctuary, we are blessed with a peaceful and remote wilderness setting in which wildlife are minimally impacted. Sometimes, you don’t even have to leave the camp to spot them!  It is not uncommon to see moose with binoculars directly from Camp.

Our guests also often find themselves close to wildlife while they are fishing or exploring. Examples of animals that are part of the surrounding habitat are:
